With just one click, visitors can find mitigation banks within their Primary and Secondary Service Areas and learn more about the bank. Interested viewers can also contact Foxwater through the website to purchase mitigation credits or enlist Foxwater's assistance in the restoration and perpetual maintenance of wetland areas.

S. Army Corps of Engineers Wetlands Division as well as in the private environmental consulting sector.

Foxwater Announces Mitigation Credits Available in Upper Ocmulgee Watershed

Foxwater, LLC has completed the mitigation design and stream restoration of 86,000+ linear feet of free-flowing streams and accompanying reparian buffers along with 92 acres of wetland and upper buffers for the Little Sandy Creek Mitigation Bank. The mitigation bank is located in Butts County, Georgia in the Ocmulgee Watershed. The secondary service area for Nationwide and case-by-case Individual Permits is the Upper Oconee Watershed.
